As we look forward in 2010, we are excited about the various opportunities that will allow us to strategically partner with you as we continue to serve the at-risk students in our community. The Tournament will be held  Tuesday, May 18, 2010 from 10am-5pm at Palisades Country Club, 13704 Grand Palisades Parkway, Charlotte, N.C.

2010 Sponsorship Levels

Title Sponsor: C A Short

 

Platinum Sponsor: $6,000 (1)

- Two reserved slots for a total of 8 players, or bring 6 players and leave 2 slots available for our

celebrities to play with your group – your choice.

- Second pick of which celebrity will play on your team (Title gets first choice)

High – level exposure:

- Company logo appearing on all team picture plaques (given to each golfer).

- Special award presentation at the dinner banquet.

- Your logo all tournament brochures, listed as “Platinum Sponsor.”

- Your logo appearing on all tournament banners.

- One autographed pin flag and one hole sign with your logo.

- Each team member will receive a custom team picture to display in their office.

- Each team member will receive a deluxe player package.

Official Car Sponsor: Provides at least one car for the hole-in –one shot.

- One reserved slot for a total of 4 players, or 3 players and 1 slot available for a celebrity to play

with your group.

- Hole in One sponsor with insurance for car(s) with a value of at least $35,000 each.

- Company logo on all tournament brochures, listed as “Official Car Sponsor”.

- Company logo appearing on all tournament banners

- One autographed pin flag and one hole in one sign with your logo.

- Right to display additional cars at the golf course day of the event.

- Right to place any promotional items in player gift bags.

- Each team member will receive a custom team picture to display in their office.

- Each team member will receive a deluxe player package.

Seeking Gold Level Sponsor: $4,000

- A reserved slot for a total of 6 players.

- You will also have the option of having a celebrity golfer on your team.

- Advertising recognition on our brochures.

- Two hole signs, and a special award presentation at the dinner banquet.

- Each team member will receive a custom team picture to display in their office.

- Each team member will receive a deluxe player package.

Silver Level Sponsor: $2,000

- A reserved slot for a total of 4 players.

- Advertising recognition on our brochures and banners.

- One hole sign and a special award presentation at the dinner banquet.

- Each team member will receive a custom team picture to display in their office.

- Each team member will receive a deluxe player gift package.

Bronze Level Sponsor: $1,000

- A reserved slot for a total of 2 players.

- Advertising and recognition on our tournament banners.

Individual Golfer Green: $300 (Team Sponsor: $1,200)

- Golfer will receive a custom team picture to display in their office.

Putting Green Sponsorships: $500

Advertising on putting green with a sign displaying your corporate or personal logo for all

tournament players to see.

Driving Range Sponsorships: $500

- Advertising on driving range with a sign displaying your corporate or personal logo for all

tournament players to see.

Hole Sponsorship: $200

- Advertising on a hole with a sign displaying your corporate or personal logo for all the

tournament players to see.

Autographed Pin Flag Sponsorships: $350

- Custom pin flag displaying your corporate logo along with tournament logo.

Lunch Sponsorship: Bojangles for Breakfast/ Brio Tuscan Grile for Lunch

- Provide box lunch for up to 150 golfers and volunteers.

- 2 reserved playing slots.

- Your logo on tournament banner.

- One hole sign and one pin flag.

- Each team member will receive a custom team picture to display in their office.

- Each team member will receive a deluxe player gift package.

Special Notes:

1. Lunch and awards dinner will be provided as well as on course beverages and snacks.

2. Mulligan – Cost is $40 per player, 2 mulligans per player.

3. In regard to the sponsorship fees mentioned above, payment is due on or before May 1,
